Q: Im unhappy with my existing management agency. How quickly can you take over?

A: Qbit Property Management can usually take charge of a building at one month’s notice. We can negate the need for legal consultations by avoiding a long term agreement – known as LTAs, these can delay the start of a new management agency agreement. We also request just one month’s notice for terminating our supply contract, although most clients choose to stay with us permanently, once they experience our cost-efficient and customer-friendly operations.

Q: Are you fully registered and accredited?

A: As well as being a registered limited company, Qbit Property Management is currently going through the ARMA Accreditation process. We anticipate that this process will be completed in the next four months. We are registered with the independent Ombudsman Services Property body as well as being registered data controllers  on the ICO register.

Q. What is your fee structure?

A: Qbit Property Management believes in a completely transparent pricing structure, with no hidden extras or added commission costs. Furthermore, our management fees are fixed for the first two years, after which time we introduce a three per cent increase – well below the typical five per cent rise levied by other firms. Please contact us for a precise per-unit quote.

Q. How do clients pay Qbit Property Management?

A: We will accept payment of charges or management fees on any basis, from annually in advance through to monthly standing orders. We recognise that these costs can be an additional financial burden on residents, so we will always offer new clients a choice of payment methods.
