These contracts are re-tendered annually, to ensure prices remain competitive, and we charge no fees for selecting contractors - nor do we take a percentage of their costs as a commission.

Safety and Security
Shared entry gates and doors are essential to site security. We strictly manage the allocation of all keys and codes to ensure we minimise risk of entry by unauthorised persons. we also ensure that contractors working on your property have the correct keys and then track to make sure they are returned to us at completion. We also advise on improvements to entry gates and doors to continually improve the level of security.
Fire and Safety Risk Assessment
All properties are different and built at times of differing and evolving building regulations. Qbit engage a professional assessor to conduct a Fire and Safety risk assessment for each and every property and discuss issues and opportunities with leaseholders and proposed an improvement plan.
To provide a professional service we believe in complying with relevant professional standards. We take our financial responsibilities very seriously so all financial accounts are managed and authorised by our Director, an ACCA and CPA qualified accountant. All accounts are audited and available for review by each company Board. For complaint processes we subscribe to the Property Ombudsman scheme, and for service charge payments we comply with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Code of Practice. Qbit have also applied for / are members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA).
