Established in 2009, we are a residential block management company based in South East London. Qbit was founded by leaseholders who saw the potential to improve the standard and value for money of services offered to resident management companies (RMC), right to manage companies (RTM), freehold landlords, leaseholders and residents.

Chantal Lagrin (Managing Director)
Chantal Lagrin is an ACCA (UK) and CPA Australia qualified accountant with over 20 years’ successful combined commercial management experience in the building construction and property management industries. Chantal manages all aspects of Qbit including business development, operations, company secretary, financial and legal services. Chantal has been a director of an RMC and understands the challenges and issues faced by the complexities of managing and maintaining a residential development. Her friendly personal approach and determined pursuit of identifying potential savings to pass onto leaseholders to keep charges as low as possible are highly valued by our clients.
Tom Johnson (Director)
The founder of Qbit Property Management, Tom Johnston is a respected industry expert on residential property management, landlord and tenant law. He holds a postgraduate qualification in business management and spent a successful career over two decades with the Police. Tom is also qualified and experienced in the preparation of legal documents and Deputy Chairman of the Regional Board of the Police Federation.
